  including Hicaps.
  Karen is a registered provider with all major private health funds and patients can expect to get a rebate on their consultation and in some cases also prescribed medicines.

• Concessions available
  People on a valid concession such as healthcare card, pension or full-time tertiary students are eligible for a reduced fee on their consultation.

• 24 Hour Cancellation Fee
  In most situations where appointments are cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy. A 24 hour period allows us to rebook this time for another patient who may be on our waiting list for an appointment.

• Arrival Time
  Please plan your time carefully and try to arrive ahead of your scheduled appointment time to enjoy the full benefit of your consultation.  In consideration of other patients, appointments will conclude at the scheduled time, in most situations.
