Online Meditation Classes

Join Karen for her weekly online meditation classes.

Meditation offers a host of benefits for our physical, mental and emotional health. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety and combat sleep issues as well as boost digestion, regulate hormones and enhance our immunity.

These classes will cover a range of different styles and techniques of meditation and also include some discussion and support to create a new meditation and mindfulness practice or deepen your existing one.

Emailed followups will be included after each class with techniques covered as well as other teachings and invitations for continuing to explore a daily practice.

Classes will be conducted over Zoom so you can participate from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. The classes are open to beginners as well as experienced meditators.

Exchange:

  • Casual participation – $15 per class.
  • Pack of 5 classes – $55   ($11 per class)

(To get the benefit of a sustained practice, Karen recommends committing to 5 weeks, and offers a discounted bonus 5 session pass for only $55)
