Join this small group women’s wilderness journey in the beautiful lush forests of Lamington National Park over the labour day long weekend.

We will be hiking and remote camping and weaving together nature immersion in the forest and waterfalls, women’s circle time, solitude and contemplation as well as soulful shared connection.

Daily facilitated activities will include mindfulness practices, meditation, wisdom teachings and healing medicine and cacao (all optional).

Hiking in the lush green spaces of nature, getting sunshine, breathing fresh rainforest air and drinking fresh mountain water – are all wonderful ways to support your health and wellbeing!
